It was an enjoyable stay, the best I had previously. The venue was spotless and the staff were patient. Overall the room was brand-new with toiletries, view of Austurvöllur, a stylish decor. Excellent service, even though a few employees were very rude.

Wi-Fi was bad; cold breakfast, made me a little nervous.

The stay for three nights was absolutely amazing with well-organised units and breakfast, and a lovely location with a bus stop nearby.

The breakfast at the adjoining Jamie's Italian. Excellent service, well-organised superior queen room with toiletries and a separate closet plus rattled at the slightest breeze making sleep impossible.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it's near great restaurants, the harbor, and bus stops for trips. the breakfast had a wide range of options including croissants, bacon, cheese, and meats. - the service at the hotel was excellent and the food was outstanding.

Quality of the room and especially the bed

Breakfast very sober. No problem for me. Price is high but like everything in Iceland. You just have to be aware of it.

The location

Nobody offered to carry suitcases. You can't order breakfast to the room, outside the stated hours, while it is charged separately

The room we booked was brand-new and well laid out, with a comfy bed & pillows. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including coffee, tea, fruit juice, croissants, and bacon. - the hotel was in a central setting close enough to everything.

The staff here are extremely friendly and offer great service, the room I stayed in was impeccably clean with a cozy bed, soft pillows, and a lovely view of the Icelandic Parliamentary House.

Perfect location, very friendly staff , two people at least speak Spanish.

Cleaning, we found previous guests' plastic cups under the bed.

Everything was impeccable. Especially impressive was the quality of the accomodation: beds and linens were delightful, bathroom was furnished with solid, attractive, and useful features, and the staff was helpful with all of our questions and requests. In short, in our opinion a really top hotel.

Nothing. The only comment would concern the safe deposit box, which worked perfectly but was a bit hard to manipulate, as it was on the floor of the closet, and did not seem to be fixed. But, there is apparently no theft in Iceland!

The room was newly decorated and a decent size. The location was fantastic and wonderful, close enough to a pretty square in the centre of downtown surrounded by a wide selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, and music venues.

It is in perfect and excellent location to Austurvollur Square, set quite a walk from the hotel...

The unit we got was generous-sized and compact with hot tub as well as a separate closet. The location was amazing and fab, walk from restaurants and bars.

Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of tasty choices, including yummy salmon and delicious Italian food by Jamie Oliver. 🍳
